Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Also contained in this new document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling different sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
